What personal data do we process? ?

For job offers:

  • Your contact information, CV, certifications, qualification diplomas and information about the desired job.
  • Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and other contact information;
  • Your CV or cover letter, previous and/or relevant work experience or other experiences, education or other information you provide to us in support of an application and/or the application and recruitment process;
  • Any other demographic information obtained during the application or recruitment process, such as gender, information about your citizenship, medical or health information communicated by the candidate, legal record
  • Information from references and/or information received from background checks (if applicable), including information provided by third parties; including but not limited to letters of recommendation.
  • Information regarding any antecedents from previous employment relationships.

For the integrity whistleblower:

  • Identification data (name, surname, date of birth, profession, mailing address, email address, contact phone number) in order to register your notification and the possibility of contact for further clarifications/information about the progress of the investigation;
  • Proving documents brought in support of the submitted notification;
  • Other personal data obtained from you during the investigation process of the notification submitted by you (historical data, financial data, socio-demographic data, etc.), depending on the complaint reported and only to the extent that these data will be absolutely necessary for the development the investigation.
  • The processing of special categories of personal data

We do not collect data regarding your health, ethnicity, religious or political beliefs, trade union membership, etc., except in cases where this is absolutely necessary according to the law and/or to protect your interests, rights and/or freedoms or in the event that this information is submitted by you. When we collect such data, we limit ourselves to specific circumstances.
